Farewell to...

...CWO - at least for now. ♥

I wanted to let all of you know that July 2009, will be the last issue for CWO...at least for now. To read more about it, please read Darlene's:

God has given us great peace about this and we know without a doubt that this is His perfect timing for His good and perfect reasons. Please be sure to keep Darlene and the rest of us writers in your prayers as we continue to seek God's wise counsel as we proceed from this point and place in our lives.

And please pray that we will all be discerning as to when God will, if ever; call us to start anew with this ministry we've all come to love; always remembering that prayer is a dialogue, not a monologue and should be spent with the majority of it - listening to God and not talking to Him. ♥

Guard your steps when you go to the house of God. To draw near to listen is better than to offer the sacrifice of fools, for they do not know that they are doing evil. Be not rash with your mouth, nor let your heart be hasty to utter a word before God, for God is in heaven and you are on earth. Therefore let your words be few.

I thank God for Darlene, the friendship He has grown between us in Christ, and for using the ministry of CWO to help me be obedient to what He has called me; no matter how scared and confused I was at the beginning. :-)

I pray that you are truly blessed by this last issue.

Discipleship means personal, passionate devotion to a Person, our Lord Jesus Christ. There is a difference between devotion to a Person and devotion to principles or to a cause. Our Lord never proclaimed to a cause; He proclaimed personal devotion to Himself.
